COVID-19 Vaccine

Emails to schedule second Moderna doses will go out on Saturday April 24 at 8am. Sign ups will be limited to those who received a first dose from us. 

Vaccine will be available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments must be made ONLINE. Please do not call the pharmacy to schedule an appointment. 

Vaccine supply is limited. Please keep your appointment or call if you need to cancel or change it. Additionally, due to vaccine requirements; we may call you to see if you can come earlier, later or to a nearby location. If you miss an appointment, no doses will be held to guarantee your dose.

If you or a loved one are eligible to be vaccinated, you may complete our COVID-19 vaccine waiting list form.

This will NOT register you for the vaccine.  We will use the waiting list to notify you when there are appointment openings at the pharmacy.  Please refrain from calling the pharmacy to ask if we have appointments available, as we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes.  We appreciate your patience!
