We have decided to close our retail pharmacy business effective October 1, 2025.
We have sincerely enjoyed serving you over the last nine years. Helping patients, like you, better understand their medications and lead healthier lives has always been the easiest and most joyful part of owning a pharmacy.
If you would like to transfer your prescriptions prior to our last day, please have the pharmacy of your choice call us at 614-865-2577 or fax at 614-882-9546 and request your prescriptions.
The last day to transfer prescriptions is September 29, 2025.
Beginning October 1, 2025, if you need access to your pharmacy records, please send a written request to custodian Aimee O’Reilly at the following address.
